Terms of service

Prices are in US dollars and listed on our pricing and ads pages. Demos, website packages and ad packs are paid in full at checkout, through Stripe. There's no deposit and no balance due later.

Anything you ask for beyond your package is quoted first, and we only start once you approve it.

If you choose Affirm or Klarna, your financing agreement is with them, and their terms apply.

A demo is a single web page we design around your business, so you can see our work before you buy a website. It isn't a deposit.

If you order a package for the same business, the full $50 comes off the price.

Demo refunds follow our refund policy.

We build from your business details, your photos, and the content listed for your package. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, and that it's accurate.

Turnaround is counted from when we have your content, not from when you pay. Packages go live within 48 hours of getting your content.

Every package includes two rounds of revisions during the build. More rounds, or new work after launch, are quoted before we start.

An ad pack is a set of ads we design from the photos and clips you send. Delivery is counted from when we have them, and every pack includes one round of revisions.

The finished ads are yours to run anywhere, as often as you like. We never add work, customers, or reviews that aren't yours.

Ad platforms such as Meta review every ad and may reject, limit, or label one under their own rules. Ad spend is paid to them directly, never through us.

Once your package is paid for, the design, code, and content we create for your site belong to you. Your domain and hosting are set up in your name, and we hand over the logins at launch.

We may show your finished site in our portfolio. Ask us not to, and we won't.

Your site depends on services we don't run, like your domain registrar, your host, Stripe, Google, and Meta. Their terms and prices apply, they bill you directly, and we aren't responsible for their outages or changes.

Monthly plans are optional and billed month to month. Cancel any time, from the billing portal or by emailing us, and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Nothing is charged after that, and your site stays live and stays yours.

We design every site and every ad to win calls and bookings, but we can't guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or ad results.

We do the work described in your package with care. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
