Once we've started designing it, the $50 isn't refundable, but it still comes off any package you order for the same business.

Once work has started, the price isn't refundable, because that time is already spent on your build. If something isn't right, we fix it: two rounds of revisions are included.

If an ad isn't right, tell us within your revision round and we'll fix it before you run it.

Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Nothing is charged after that, and we don't refund part of a month already under way. Your site stays live either way.

Paid with Affirm or Klarna? The refund goes back through them, and their terms apply.

Domain registration and ad spend are billed by those companies directly, so their refund rules apply.

Email hello@summitwebstrategies.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your business name. We'll confirm by email.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
