Privacy policy

When you order, send a question, or send details for your build, we collect what you type into those forms: your name, your business name and type, your email address and phone number, links to your website, social profiles, and photos, and any message you add.

While you order, your browser keeps those details in session storage until you close the tab, so the page you return to after checkout can fill them in. They never leave your device that way.

When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details directly. We see that a payment happened and what it was for, never your full card number. Affirm and Klarna handle their own applications if you choose to pay over time.

Like most websites, our host records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

To reply to you, build the demo or website you ordered, send receipts, and keep a record of the work.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.

Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions. Hostinger runs our email, so messages you send us are stored there. Stripe processes payments and sends receipts. Affirm and Klarna provide optional financing. Fonts and images load from outside content delivery networks, which means your browser connects to their servers.

If we turn on analytics (Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), this policy will be updated first, and those tools will set cookies to measure visits and ad performance.

We keep inquiries for as long as we're talking with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep records of paid work as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@summitwebstrategies.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
